Eligibility Criteria & Experience

To qualify for this contractual role, candidates must meet the following educational and professional standards:

• Essential Qualification: Graduation or Postgraduation in Law OR an MBA in International Business with domain knowledge in relevant areas.
• Desirable Qualification: A Ph.D. in the Law & IP field is highly preferred.
• Experience Required: A minimum of 01 year of research experience in the Law & IP field, preferably handling IPR matters.
• Additional Requirements: Candidates must possess practical knowledge of handling legal work, drafting rules and regulations, and preparing replies in respect of court matters.

Salary & Remuneration

The selected Young Professional will receive a highly competitive, consolidated remuneration of ₹70,000 per month.

Selection Process
