Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be required to:
- Act as the single-point legal advisor for arbitration, litigation, and contract-related matters.
- Liaise with lawyers, arbitrators, contractors, and government stakeholders.
- Prepare legal replies, briefs, case notes, and maintain litigation status reports.
- Attend court hearings and handle documentation.
- Vet and review real estate, construction, and infrastructure agreements.
- Offer legal guidance on domestic & international compliance requirements.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Division.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- Must be an Indian Citizen.
- LLB Degree from a recognized University (India or Abroad).
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in the legal field.
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in computers and online tools.
- Age must not exceed 40 years as of the last date of application.
Desirable Experience
- Expertise in contract law, dispute resolution, arbitration, real estate, and infrastructure-related legal matters.
- Prior exposure to international legal frameworks preferable.
💰 Salary / Remuneration
- Up to ₹12 Lakh per annum (based on experience & profile).
- No additional benefits like HRA, PF, medical, seniority, or promotion.
- Engagement strictly full-time, with standard office hours and no parallel employment permitted.
