About the Job

NSDL Payments Bank is looking for someone who can support our legal, compliance, and documentation functions end-to-end.

Eligibility

• 1+ year experience in corporate legal or law firm (BFSI/Fintech preferred)
• Strong drafting & communication skills
• Ethical, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in legal tools
• LL.B. (LL.M. is an added advantage)

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide support
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts
• Manage compliance and documentation
• Maintain records and contract repositories
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on tasks
• Identify preliminary risks
• Assist in dispute resolution and query handling
