Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 01 Manager (Legal & Finance) post. This is a fantastic opportunity for law graduates with experience in contract management and legal finance to work with India’s leading metro network. Eligibility for Manager (Legal & Finance)

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in LAW (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Experience: Overall 8 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract management. Two years of service in MRTS (Metro Rail Transit System) or in any transportation field will be treated as preferable eligibility. The candidate should have an annual CTC of Rs. 8 Lac or above.
• Desirable Qualification: Working knowledge of Labour Law, contract labour regulation, and statutory compliance requirements. Familiarity with contract structures for EPC/OMC projects including financial structure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Age Limit

• Maximum age limit is 40 years as on 01/01/2026.

Salary

• Consolidated monthly salary is Rs. 1,13,030/-.
• Note: This remuneration is inclusive of all other benefits such as Accommodation, Transport, Medical, LTA, Canteen, etc. No other financial benefits/allowances shall be admissible. Minimum PF and Gratuity benefits are applicable as per the statutory acts.

Selection Process

The selection methodology shall comprise a two-stage process:

1. Personal Interview
2. Medical Fitness Examination (in Executive/Non-Technical category).

Candidates must qualify for both stages. Failure in the medical test will result in disqualification.
