IIFCL Projects Limited (IPL), is a wholly owned subsidiary of India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL), a Government of India Enterprise. IPL was established in February 2012, with the main objective of providing Financial & Infrastructure Advisory services to various Central & State Government and its affiliates, Local Bodies and Private Developers. The Company has also been engaged in Capacity Building and Policy Advocacy services.

About the Job

IIFCL Projects Limited invites applications for the position of Consultant (Legal cum Contract Management Expert). The role involves handling legal advisory and contract management responsibilities in infrastructure-related projects, including drafting, review, compliance monitoring, and dispute advisory.

Eligibility

• Degree in Company Secretary / LL.B. / LL.M.
• Relevant experience in legal advisory and contract management for infrastructure, shipping, maritime, or ports projects
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting concession agreements, EPC contracts, consultancy contracts, and scheme-related legal documents
• Experience in contractual compliance monitoring, claims and dispute advisory, and risk assessment
• Exposure to PPP laws, maritime legislation, and coordination with public sector authorities
• Experience working with Government schemes, PPP frameworks, or institutionally financed infrastructure projects
• Experience in shipping / maritime / ports industry
