About the Opportunity
Blackberrys Menswear is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal to work with them at their Gurgaon HO.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting & negotiating Lease and Leave & License Agreements, along with other commercial agreements.
- Handling MIC & litigation matters.
- Exposure to Factory Compliance, Legal Metrology & Trademarks.
- Coordination with external counsels and Government officials.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Candidates from similar setups preferred (Retail, QSR, Diagnostic Labs & Pharmacy Chains, Consumer Electronics & Mobile Retail.)
