The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), an attached office of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, plays a pivotal role in formulating and implementing India’s Foreign Trade Policy.

The Office of the Additional Director General of Foreign Trade, Coimbatore, is currently inviting applications for the position of Young Professional on a contractual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for young law graduates and postgraduates to gain hands-on experience in international trade law, regulatory compliance, and export monitoring within a premier government directorate.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this contractual engagement, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Master’s in Law (LL.M.) or Bachelor’s in Law (LL.B.). (Note: Other disciplines are also eligible as per the notification, but law graduates are highly sought after for regulatory roles).
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years.
• General Requirements: Candidates must be in good health and fully capable of discharging official duties.

Salary & Remuneration

The selected Young Professional will receive a highly competitive, consolidated remuneration of ₹56,000 per month.
