Eligibility Criteria & Experience

NLU Delhi strictly requires candidates to possess the following academic and professional qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: An LL.M. degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent) from a recognized university, backed by a strong academic record.
  • Mandatory Certification: Candidates must have cleared the UGC-NET/SLAT (Law) OR possess a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline as per UGC Regulations.
  • Experience Required: A minimum of 03 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Public Law, Technology Law, or related areas.
    • Special Preference: For the Technology Law post, prior experience in teaching specialized areas of Technology/Cyber Laws is highly preferred.
  • Research Output: A proven track record of quality publications in relevant fields.

Selected Assistant Professors will take on significant academic responsibilities, including:

  • Teaching and coordinating the U.G. and P.G. programs.
