Eligibility Criteria

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be integrated into the core operations of the Parliament Unit, managing tasks such as:

  • Coordinating and monitoring Parliament-related work, including Parliamentary Questions, Special Mentions, and Zero Hour matters.
  • Liaising closely with the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, and the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.
  • Drafting official replies, background briefs, notes, Records of Discussion (RoD), and Action Taken Reports (ATR).
  • Managing Parliamentary Committee matters, including scheduling meetings, organizing study visits, and compiling oral evidence.
  • Assisting in legislative drafts concerning Bills, Ordinances, and the formal laying of papers in Parliament.
  • Tracking Parliamentary Assurances and coordinating data collection across various Ministry divisions and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: A consolidated, all-inclusive stipend of ₹54,000 per month.
  • Leave Entitlement: 12 days of casual leave per year allocated on a pro-rata basis.
